- Free local in-store pickup option is also available at the online checkout, which is subject to product inventory levels.
- We will ship your order in 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, except public holidays) after we receive your order.
- An email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent when the order has shipped. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the shipment(s) will be dependent on the schedule of shipping providers.
- No changes, corrections, or cancellations are allowed after your order* has been submitted to the shipping department.
- *IMPORTANT: Please note that certain products are only available for local pick-up or shipping within the GTA area. Kindly refer to the product description page for more information. If a delivery method "Ship" is selected for a "Pickup Only" product, the order will be cancelled.
