Returns Policy (For WInnec's Online Store)

  1. Return Eligibility: To qualify for credit, returned items must meet the following criteria:
     The item must be unopened in its original packaging
     The item must be in undamaged condition
    • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product

  2. Restocking Fee: Any returns received within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the item's price. Items returned after 30 days will not be credited.

  3. Credit Amount: Customers will be credited the full amount of the purchase, minus the applicable restocking charges.

  4. Order's Shipping Costs: Customers will not be credited for any applicable shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.(Except the return that is a result of our error, for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). 

  5. Refund Processing Timeline: After you give your package to the return shipper or in-store representatives, you will expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks.

  6. Return Methods: Customers have two options to return items:
     In-Store Return: Customers can return item(s) to any of our physical store locations.
     Delivery to Store: Customers can choose to return item(s) by shipping them to our stores.

  7. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if the "Delivery to Store" option is chosen.

  8. Return Process: To initiate a return, please notify Winnec by email (info@winnecinc.com) within 30 days of receiving the product(s).

  9. Our return policy is not applicable to international orders outside Canada.

For Sale Merchandise

All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For Defective or Wrongly Delivered Items

  1. To exchange the defective or wrongly delivered items, please notify Winnec by email (info@winnecinc.com) within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. The item(s) to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation, must be provided when requesting an exchange.
  4. Exchange Methods: Customers have two options to exchange items:
    • In-Store Exchange: Customers can exchange items to any of our physical store locations.
    • Delivery to Store: Customers can choose to return items by shipping them to our store addresses. The new item(s) will be shipped out after we receive the old item(s) and confirm that the exchange is eligible.
  5. Winnec will cover the shipping costs for exchanging defective or wrongly delivered items if the "Delivery to Store" option is chosen.
  6. In the case of a defective item, Winnec reserves the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving the exchange.
  7. If the item is no longer in stock, Winnec will offer an alternative product of equal value or provide a refund.
  8. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. Winnec will not be held liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.
  9. Winnec reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
  10. Any additional costs incurred during the exchange process, such as customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.
